You can report your stolen saddle 24 hours 7 days a week if it has a "Track Your Saddle" device inside.
After we get your reply, we will start up our recovery team immediatly. We have recovered 97% of all stolen goods! We are only able to recover saddles that are registered and use our license. Therefore, we recommend activating your account as soon as you purchase your saddle. Once your saddle is stolen, it is not possible to activate your account.
To be sure that your saddle can be found after it is stolen, you need to purchase a license and agree to our terms.
